I just upgraded the door speakers in my car. A professional audio company recommend using something like these panels to deaden the inside of the doors and the back of the door cards. The product they recommended was nearly three times the price of this product, but these did the trick and I had enough left to treat the back doors as well. It is now like driving a much more expensive car and the stereo sounds better too. They stick very well and are easy to cut to shape but watch out for the sharp edges! If it's a sunny day, you can just lay them out on the car roof to warm them up. Makes them more supple and easier to shape to the contours of the panel you're sticking them to. Otherwise, use a hair dryer or a heat gun sparingly.
